We’re excited to invite all swimmers qualified for Provincial Trials or Provincial Champs (and those very close to cuts) to a Winter Long Course Training Camp in St. Catharines/Niagara Falls from February 16–19. This is a great opportunity for focused long course training as we head into the championship season.
We’ll be training at Brock University and staying in St. Catharines. To keep the trip affordable and manageable—this will be mandatory team travel for all swimmers attending.

Feb 16: Calgary 11:25 AM → Hamilton 5:16 PM

Feb 19: Hamilton 6:10 PM → Calgary 8:33 PM
We’re finalizing accommodations shortly, with options being the Best Western St. Catharines or a VRBO, depending on availability and numbers. Meals will be planned once lodging is confirmed.
Estimated Cost:
We’re looking at roughly $800–$1,000 per swimmer, depending on the final group size. If all invited swimmers attend, the total cost per swimmer will be lower, but we want to be upfront with a conservative estimate.
Chaperones will be confirmed once we know numbers.
To move ahead with bookings, please declare your attendance on the website by Sunday, December 14.
