Dear Families,
You are invited to a team outing for the Prospect and Provincial squads during the Poppy Invitational weekend!
We are looking at skipping the final session of the meet on Sunday, October 25th, to host a team social instead. This will be a fun opportunity for the swimmers to hang out, play games, and bond together early in the season.
Proposed Event Details:
- Location: The Rec Room (South Common)
- Date: Sunday, October 25th
- Time: Roughly 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
- Cost: This is an optional invitation, and games or food will be at the swimmers' own expense.
Important Note for Families:
Since we are away in Edmonton and families are already traveling, I realize that simply dropping off your child might not be ideal. Therefore, parents and siblings are more than welcome to join us for this outing.
To help us coordinate with the venue, we will need the exact total number of attendees for each family. When you declare your swimmer's attendance in the RSVP section below, please specify the TOTAL number of attending family members (including siblings and parents) in the comment box.
RSVP Deadline:
Please complete your RSVP and add your headcount comments by October 2nd so we can check booking availability. If your plans change for any reason after this deadline, please email me immediately so we can manage our venue bookings accordingly.
