This is a multi-Stroke Development camp for swimmers in Jr. Youth to Provincial groups.
The camp has both dryland and swim components.

Dryland in the gymnasium
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Swimming
You will need dryland exercise attire that include indoor running shoes
Swimming attire, and mesh bag equipment (snorkel, kick board, fins...etc.) for swim practice.
Cost: $150 Catalina Swimmers (Priority given to Catalina Swimmers)
$200 Non Catalina Swimmers (swimming level must be confirmed)
